Shipping Policy

All orders ship from our warehouse in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, USA.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. During high-volume sale periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Domestic shipping (United States)

- Free standard shipping on all orders over $75 (after discounts, before taxes).
- Orders under $75 ship at the carrier rate calculated at checkout.
- Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days of shipment, depending on your location.

International shipping
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Free shipping does not apply to international orders. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our checkout prices. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Order changes and address errors
If you need to change your shipping address or modify an order, contact us at sales@luxandlove.com as soon as possible — we can usually make changes if the order hasn't shipped yet. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at sales@luxandlove.com and we'll make it right. Please keep all original packaging for damaged-item claims.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items — see our Refund Policy (https://www.luxandlove.com/policies/refund-policy) for full details. When a return is accepted, we provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Archive Sale orders
Archive Sale items ship exactly like full-price orders and count toward the $75 free-shipping threshold. Prices are as marked — no code needed.
